Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetitglowAI mobile application operated by Ilgazen ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, signing in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. The service is only for people aged 18 or older.

You may maintain only one account per person. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws in your location.

Wellness disclaimer

LetitglowAI provides informational appearance wellness insights only. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dermatological, nutritional, or mental health advice.

AI-generated scores, routines, meal plans, workouts, glow previews, and coaching notes are estimates for general wellness purposes. They are not diagnoses, treatment plans, or substitutes for professional care.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional advice because of content in the app.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile details up to date. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat and are subject to the platform's payment terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings.

Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies. We do not process refunds directly for in-app purchases made through those platforms.

User content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to provide and improve app features you use.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that your content does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

You consent to photo-based AI analysis when you enable scan features, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload content you do not have rights to, or content that is abusive, harassing, or infringing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent AI outputs as professional medical or clinical advice.
• Interfere with other users' access or the security of the service.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, branding, software, and content (excluding your user content) are owned by Ilgazen or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own wellness purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile settings.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Where practical, we will provide notice before termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ilgazen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you use the free tier.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ilgazen from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
