Introduction

Ilgazen ("we", "us", or "our") operates the LetitglowAI mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our app.

LetitglowAI provides photo-based appearance wellness insights, routines, nutrition and fitness guidance, and related coaching features. Our services are for informational wellness purposes only and are not medical, dermatological, or dietary advice.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up via email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In.
Profile and preferences: wellness goals, routine level, nutrition and training preferences, reminder settings, and other choices you provide during onboarding or in the app.
Approximate location: when you enable weather-aware routine tips, we store an approximate GPS coordinate and city label on your account (climate preferences) so we can fetch local UV and weather. You can clear this in weather settings or by deleting your account.
Photos and scans: face and body selfies you capture for glow tracking, plus product barcodes or label photos for your skincare shelf.
Usage and wellness data: scan history, analysis results, routine completions, streaks, calm check-ins, product shelf entries, and coach notes generated within the app.
Subscription status: whether you have an active Premium plan, managed through RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details in the app — billing is handled by Apple or Google.
Device and technical data: basic app diagnostics and session information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the app, including:

Generating AI-powered appearance wellness insights and glow scores from your photos.
Creating AI glow previews that visualize potential wellness outcomes.
Building personalized skincare routines, nutrition plans, and fitness programs.
Analyzing products on your shelf and providing coaching guidance.
Tracking your progress over time and sending optional daily reminders.
Fetching local UV, humidity, and weather forecasts (via Open-Meteo) to adapt routine tips when you enable weather-aware features.
Managing your account, subscriptions, and customer support requests.
Maintaining security, preventing abuse, and complying with legal obligations.

Photo handling

When you take face or body scans, front-facing photos may be stored securely in our cloud storage so you can compare progress over time — or deleted immediately after analysis, based on your preference in Profile settings.

Additional body angles (side and back views) are transmitted for AI analysis but are not retained after processing. Face side-angle photos are handled as described in the Face data section below.

Body scans may involve analysis of body composition from your photos. This analysis is used only to generate your personal appearance wellness insights within LetitglowAI. We do not use it for identity verification, biometric authentication, advertising, or profiling, and we do not share the derived results with third parties beyond the AI processing described below.

Your weekly nutrition, fitness, and glow routines continue until their plan week ends, even if you delete photos. Renewing a plan requires a new scan and your explicit choice to rebuild.

Product label photos are stored to support your personal skincare shelf. You can delete scan photos anytime from Profile or per-scan settings.

Face data

This section explains exactly what face data we collect, how we use, share, store, and retain it, and how you can delete it.

What we collect: (1) Face photos — a front photo and left and right side-angle photos that you choose to take during a guided face scan. (2) On-device face detection — while the scan camera is open, Google ML Kit runs on your device to find the position of your face and the angle of your head so the app can guide you and capture the photo automatically. Only the face's position and head angles are read; facial landmarks, contours, and facial expression classification are turned off. This detection data stays in your device's memory, is discarded immediately, and is never stored or sent to us or anyone else. (3) Scan results — the AI-generated wellness scores and short written observations about the visible appearance of your skin (for example texture, tone evenness, and under-eye appearance) that are created from your front photo.

We do not create or store face templates, faceprints, facial geometry measurements, or any other biometric identifiers, and we do not use face data to identify or recognize you, to verify your identity, to authenticate you, for advertising or marketing, or to build profiles. We do not sell face data.

How we use it: face data is used only to provide the features you request in LetitglowAI — guiding your scan, generating your appearance wellness insights and routine, creating an optional AI glow preview image, and letting you compare your progress over time.

Sharing: face photos are shared only with the service providers that process them on our behalf to run these features — Supabase (encrypted cloud storage and server functions) and Google (Gemini AI, which analyzes your front photo and generates the glow preview image). We do not share face data with any other third party, and we do not use it, or allow these providers to use it, to train AI models. We use Google's paid Gemini API, under which Google does not use your photos to train or improve its products and keeps a temporary log of requests only for a limited period, solely to detect abuse and meet legal obligations.

Your consent: before any face data is collected or leaves your device, the app shows a "Face & photo data consent" screen that explains these uses and asks for your explicit agreement, including to sending your photos to Google Gemini, a third-party AI service. A face scan cannot be started until you agree. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your scan photos and your account from Profile; we then stop all processing of your face data.

Storage: face photos are uploaded over an encrypted connection to a private storage bucket that only your account can access. They are never public.

Retention: face side-angle photos are deleted automatically as soon as your scan has been analyzed. Your front photo and glow preview image are kept based on your choice in Profile settings: with "Keep photos for progress tracking" (the default) they are kept until you delete them or delete your account; with "Delete after analysis" they are deleted automatically as soon as your scan has been analyzed. Scan results (scores and written observations, which contain no photos) are kept until you delete your account.

Deletion: you can delete the photos from a single scan, or all of your scan photos, at any time from Profile. Deleting your account permanently deletes all of your stored photos, scan results, and account data.

AI processing

Your photos and related scan data are sent to server-side AI services for analysis. AI-generated results (such as scores, routines, and coaching notes) are stored in your account so you can access them in the app.

We do not use your photos to train public AI models. Processing is limited to delivering features you request within LetitglowAI.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the app. They process your data only on our behalf to provide their services to us, and we require them to provide the same or equal protection of your data as described in this Privacy Policy:

Supabase — authentication, database, file storage, and server functions.
Google — Sign-In authentication, on-device face detection during scans (ML Kit, which runs only on your device), and AI processing of your photos and in-app answers (Gemini API).
Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store subscription billing.
RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement verification.
Open-Meteo — weather and UV forecasts for optional climate-aware routine tips.
Expo — app runtime and over-the-air update infrastructure.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Account deletion permanently removes your authentication record and stored photos from our systems.

Active App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in your device subscription settings. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Update your profile and preferences directly in the app.
Turn off daily reminders in Profile settings.
Withdraw photo analysis consent by deleting your account.
Contact us at the email below to exercise privacy rights applicable in your region.

Children

LetitglowAI is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place when data is transferred internationally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy in the app with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
